SREE VIDYANIKETHAN CAMPUS RADIO

Sree Vidyanikethan has launched CAMPUS RADIO in association with YOUNIFY, a day to day Campus Media & Networking platform for encouraging students to exhibit their latent abilities and creative talents. It is exclusively run by the students and the campus will be transforming into futuristic podcasting station to relay Edutainment and Infotainment content. One of the major advantages of having such communication media is that important information regarding various curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities can be broadcasted and students as well as the staff members receive the same in a different style.

The CAMPUS RADIO is an unceasing activity being functioned with the support of eight teams of students. The teams are Scheduling team, Drafting team, Creative team, Audio editing team, Technical team, RJ team, Graphic design team and E-Publicity team. Coordination among the teams is the most essential practice. The teams are leaving no leaf unturned in uniting all into one and are making the activities on a grand scale. The policy of the CAMPUS RADIO is that the teams are refreshed regularly by replacing old and exhausted students with new and aspiring ones.

For monitoring these incessant activities, members of faculty have to play a vibrant role. The selected members of faculty guide and supervise the students with a sense of commitment on a regular basis. They are always at hand in clearing roadblocks in case of any. It is undoubtedly a collaborative work and only then the results of the activities will be highly effective and useful. The members of faculty and the students working in all the teams are given freehand to do activities creatively and productively.

Undoubtedly Sree Vidyanikethan has taken a step forward towards innovation by launching the CAMPUS RADIO for providing opportunities to students to think out of the box.
